Founded in 2018, Clear Strategy offers an ‘all-things data’ service that encompasses data strategy, data architecture, data warehousing, advanced analytics, reporting and visualisation, Artificial Intelligence solutions, data literacy training, and more.
There are any number of consultancies in Ireland and around the world offering technical data solutions. However, as Julie told us, “they tend to sell data solutions first instead of understanding the problem the client is trying to solve for their business operations.”
“We saw that business leaders were poorly served and we were determined to change that.”
That’s why Clear Strategy doesn’t focus on data alone. The team provides insights into their clients data and puts it into context of their organisation’s present and future. Their value proposition isn’t only to “understand data”; it’s to understand your data and use it to create the future.

Launching into the Future in Dun Laoghaire
Living data and analytics would put Clear Strategy right at home in Silicon Dock. So why have they set up in Dun Laoghaire?
The Clear Strategy team are residents of Digital HQ. And after a recommendation from a friend, the Digital HQ space turned out to be the ideal place to grow their start-up team of two.
“Digital HQ was exactly what we needed at the time: a great location, great facilities in a modern co-working space, the ability to share ideas and experiences with other start-up companies and affordable rent. Having experienced Dun Laoghaire, we would find it hard to move away from the town.”
The team also appreciates the business spirit in town, much of which is supported by local resources.
“The Local Enterprise Office has so much to offer small businesses and has been hugely supportive of Clear Strategy in a number of ways,” Julie said.
